Return and Refund Policy for Rese Bakes

Thank you for shopping at Rese Bakes. We strive to ensure the satisfaction of all our customers and understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return and Refund Policy.


1. Return Policy

  • General Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.


  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We require that you report the problem within 48 hours of receipt.


2. Refund Process


  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Delays Due to Natural Causes: If an order does not arrive on time due to natural causes beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, disasters, or disruptions in shipping services), we will offer a full refund or rescheduling of the delivery, depending on your preference.
